The Chaparral Group is in the process of building a major project in Southwest Houston, in a high income county, that is unique to both the seniors and medical fields. It is a project that already contains a new Seniors Independent Living apartment property of 182 units, which we built. That property has just been completed and is 90% leased. The campus will contain a new building for an existing and operating-at-capacity Assisted Living/Alzheimer Facility. The third senior’s facility, as yet undetermined, will probably be built on the campus.

The campus will contain nine real estate projects. The current planning is for three of them to be seniors oriented and six of them to be medically oriented. The medical ones include three High Rise Medical Office Buildings. The first of which is already 82% pre-leased and is now under construction.
