The physician’s and medical service providers making The Oasis Medical Campus their home will enjoy the surroundings of a ‘Resort-style’ atmosphere along with the benefiting from the following:

  • Approximately 400 seniors living on campus
  • Nearly 30 acres of medical amenities and senior living options
  • Integrated systems to help within a physician’s practice and to promote their practice
  • Limited Specialties helping each other reach their business and medical goals
  • Cross-Marketing within the campus
  • Marketing of the entire campus to the Houston market
  • Campus Transportation
  • 3-Acre Park
  • Activities and Events

Approximately 400 seniors make the Oasis Medical Campus their home. Located on campus is Meadows Place Senior Village, an independent senior living complex for those 55 and over, then there is Oasis Lifestyles an Assisted living and Alzheimer’s facility, both of these facilities are now in operation. Medical services ‘on-site’ is a great advantage to our campus residents and their entire families. All on site services will be vigorously promoted by the leasing staff of each facility. We anticipate when a family member finds their loved one is well cared for and the environment is conducive to wellness and convenience, the whole family will consider coming to Oasis Medical Campus for care. This may represent some 20-50 lives per resident.

Oasis Medical Campus is some 30-acres of medical amenities and senior living options. Most often, such a campus is a ‘sterile’ feel of a medical environment, or at best a medical office building with a few amenities. Oasis Lifestyles is purposely designed to attract all ages of the family and be a ‘Resort-style’ feel. These amenities contribute to the wellness and ‘culture of care’ that permeates the campus atmosphere.

The digital technology compliments the integration of medical services and billing practices of the campus. Systems are being reviewed that will enable in integration of doctors orders, some 300 types of medical equipment, procedures, scheduling, and billing. Thus a doctor can spend his time in care giving knowing he is supported with the latest in technology on a campus of medical specialists.

Oasis Medical Campus is designed so each major facility will have screens introducing the various services and entities available. These web based screens will enable a patient/visitor to the campus to look up information on each physician and service located on campus as well as activities/happenings on the campus. This information will also be in the internet for the patient to peruse at home. Likewise, each participant will be in the campus brochure with a ‘soft’, informative piece which will enable every resident and patient to know the various providers and services available.

The campus marketing efforts will be unified rather than individuals renting space in a medical environment, each responsible for its own marketing. The cross-marketing of the campus will thus bring benefit to each participant.

Transportation and activity programs from the senior’s facilities will bring offsite area seniors to the campus on a regular basis. Thus they will be able to access healthcare along with the activities and the other various amenities of the campus.

A three-acre park is central to the campus complete with lakes, fountains, waterfalls, an entertainment pavilion, covered walkways between each facility, and gardens. It will be an atmosphere like none other, designed by the same folks who designed the downtown Aquarium, Reliant Stadium, Memorial Mall, many River Oaks homes, and other such landscape attractions.

Activities and events will be regularly scheduled for not only the seniors on campus, but Oasis Medical Center. Concerts, art exhibits, craft fairs, bazaars, health fairs, antique shows, and many other events will make Oasis Medical Campus a popular attraction.

All of these amenities contribute to the success of the campus…of which the physician is invited to participate in not only leasing, but also owning operations and/or real estate without the personal responsibility or headaches. These opportunities assist in quality outcomes for the Doctors, patients and all those living and working on campus.
